Vatterott and Littmann Fitness are Getting College Students in Shape on Campuses Across America

Kyle Vatterott and Sam Littmann, creator of Vatterott and Littmann Fitness, Online Training, announced today their "7 Intense Time Saving At Home Workouts" for college students everywhere and it is catching on like a fitness wildfire, if there ever was such a thing. The ultimate goal of this new workout plan is to help college kids everywhere workout at home in under 20 min, ultimately saving time and not giving them the excuse, "I just don't have enough time in the day."

Vatterott and Littmann Fitness is comprised of two cousins, Kyle Vatterott and Sam Littmann. Both are collegiate athletes and their "tried and true" intense workout methods are just that, intense...yet very effective. Their success rate with their clients is at 100%, never not achieving a client's physical goals in the time period specified. Both cousins have taken first place in their weight classes in four of the four Strongman Competions they have entered, Kyle was published in Muscle and Fitness which lead to his work as a writer for a local fitness publication, RxMuscle, in Venice, California. Now, these two work with college athletes and the average gym goer alike, in pursuit of helping anyone who is serious about putting in the work.

Being college students themselves, Kyle and Sam quickly learned just how exactly to make the most out of the little spare time they had for workouts. "15 minutes is something like 1% of your day...only 1 percent! If you can allow one percent of your day to be intense, maybe sometimes painful yet rewarding...then you're on the right track and we can work with you", Kyle Vatterott said of the time one can set aside for their health.

Kyle and Sam are offering this 7 day workout plan for free for anybody, not just college students, who wish to optimize their time and grind out a quick workout that actually works. "The proof is in the pudding...the protein pudding" Nathan Oberkramer, one of their clients, said of the workout program. "Kyle and Sam look and play the part, both have jobs, both are taking college classes...both are very busy individuals but they still optomize their time and bust their ass when they have 20 minutes and it certainly shows. I've already lost 10 lbs and I'm toning up and it's been 2 weeks." Nathan continued to say. Check out their 7 Day Plan they have detailed in their blog on their website and you won't regret it. The plan has been used already by students throughout Mizzou by Kyle's time spent as a student there, and already students from various colleges across America (and one in Belgium) have emailed them inquiring about these workouts. ###
